Builder & Developer Program
Builders and developers have special needs, as they are sophisticated participants in the market. Builders often already have many of the capabilities that typical real estate companies provide. For this reason, we developed our proprietary builder and developer program.
The features of this program include a builder fee schedule with incentives for hitting developer goals, inside access to the broker community and exclusive access to our marketing studio, transaction coordinators and mortgage and escrow services. Transaction coordinators will help facilitate transactions with escrow. Access to our advertising rates and graphic art will work in conjunction with the social, traditional and digital specialties of our Studio.
We offer building design, staging consultation and we will work with developers on pricing strategies and a roll-out schedule. Our program also provides open house teams and will help develop schedules for the project. This includes monitoring, measuring and tracking marketing efforts and potential purchasers.
