Teles Properties and the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood Brentwood are practically made for one another.
In early February, Teles and Brentwood finally made their match official with the addition of 3000 square feet of new office space. Located in the middle of the high end, much sought after neighborhood, the new office holds court at the prominent intersection of San Vicente and Bundy at 11990 San Vicente Boulevard. Helmed by Teles co-president Peter Hernandez, the newly renovated and expanded office “will further enable our firm’s top-producing brokers and agents to serve a much broader clientele, which includes an increasingly growing number of overseas buyers and sellers,” says Hernandez.
Those buyers and sellers are no doubt won over by the formula for success that makes the continuous expansion of Teles possible in the first place. The Brentwood office, like all Teles offices, features the business intelligence tools that Teles brokers are known for, while also continuing to provide the personalized “high tech and high touch” service that’s always been associated with Teles.
Brentwood makes perfect sense as Teles’ most recent expansion: the average home sale topped $2.1 million in 2015, perfectly reflecting the Teles brand. It’s also the latest in a series of office renovations. With Brentwood’s remodel, Teles continues to expand with their office spaces strategically located across the most prestigious markets in California, from Carmel all the way down through the island of Coronado.
The Brentwood office, now in full swing, is just one of the major hubs from which Teles agents and brokers can offer their world class service alongside their deeply intimate local knowledge.
